Hi, I’m Sarah.
I’ve always considered myself a nurturing person and spent most of my adult life working in the hospitality industry as a chef and stewardess on private yachts. I took great joy in anticipating my guests needs, striving to provide them with a harmonious environment and healthy, delicious meals that catered to their dietary needs while taking into account local culture and fresh, available ingredients. Working in this capacity and traveling the world, I was introduced to a variety of wellness routines–and my yoga and meditation practice began to expand rapidly–quickly becoming an integrated part of my everyday lifestyle.
Then I became a mother. Although challenging at times, motherhood came very natural to me thanks to years of caring for others. But I knew immediately that my career was not conducive to being the kind of truly present influence I wanted for my children. After being a stay-at-home mom for five years, I began my training as a yoga instructor, attaining my 200 Hour YTT Certification. As soon as I started this journey (that so deeply resonated with my authentic self), doors began to open. I was drawn to courses for postpartum doula, lactation counseling, prenatal yoga, yoga for trauma, gentle yoga, and pre & postnatal nutrition.
I thought back to my own experience with a pre and postpartum doula and how much that support meant to me as I entered that wonderful yet unknown stage of my life…It became clear to me that my new direction was to combine all of this experience and training and offer support to women through all of their stages in life, guiding them to the best version of themselves helping them tap into their Divine Feminine Wellness.
